Business is fundamentally simple; it is dealing with people that is so terrifically complex and confusing. The greatest minds in management are those who 1) understand the tenets of building, operating and growing a business, and 2) understand how to deal with people interpersonally and in groups. I often wish that I had gotten my graduate degrees in Behavioral Psychology and Sociology instead of in Accounting and Finance. --Douglas Castle
